Gunmen kill seven anti-Qaeda militiamen in northern Iraq
Gunmen disguised in Iraqi military uniforms have killed seven pro-government and anti-al-Qaeda militiamen in the northern province of Salahuddin.

According to police sources, the three soldiers were killed by the unknown assailants at a security checkpoint in al-Dulaya, located 170 kilometers north of Baghdad. Iraqi officials said the bomb explosions targeted districts including Sadr City, Habibiya and Qahira on Sunday.
The initial police reports put the number of injuries at 56.
